Diamond brand Forevermark has tied up with ace Indian couturier Sabyasachi Mukherjee for a new collection of jewels, titled Zanyah. This is Mukherjee’s first line of fine jewellery, and going by his previous oeuvre of work, promises to be exquisite.
Attracted to the ‘inherent integrity’ of Forevermark diamonds, which pride themselves on their ethical and responsible sourcing, Mukherjee says the pieces in the new collection are “created to be truly modern heirlooms for the urban luxury seekers”.
He adds, “Zanyah means unique and exceptional, just like a Forevermark diamond with its individual inscription. It is a collection that is most true to my personal sense of style, which is more classical and minimalist.”
The collection comprises a range of enamelled drop earrings and vintage-style rings for men and women in yellow, rose and white gold, crafted with Forevermark diamonds.
The collection is influenced by fashion and art from the roaring Twenties as well as the Italian renaissance movement of the 15th century.
